Our Development Lab routinely tests new materials and applications for radio frequency (RF) heating. Thoroughly modeled computer designs are checked with actual equipment and materials. nemeth's laboratory equipment includes generators up to 50KW with presses, sealing bars, ovens, and conveyors for applicators. These lab facilities have allowed us to model a variety of complex applications which have extended beyond current technology. The Engineering Team ensures the proper application of both the standard equipment offered to the wood, plastic, and automotive industries and custom built equipment for special applications. Nemeth's experienced electrical, electronic, mechanical and systems engineers work together to provide the best solutions for each situation. Documentation supplied by our Engineering group includes layouts, assembly and detail drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, installation / operation manuals and parts lists. Whenever possible, standard parts are used in Nemeth's production designs. Equipment sold by Nemeth includes on-site technical assistance for installation, start-up and application of the system. Operating and troubleshooting procedures, as described in the instruction manual are reviewed with operating and maintenance personnel. This support service is another step to insure that the system is functioning properly when it is finally turned over to the customer. Whenever parts are needed for ANY high frequency equipment the Nemeth Team is the one to call. We have parts for most brands in stock and efficient order service by phone and FAX. When necessary, we ship parts the same day. Many types of Tubes, Transformers, Fixed and Variable Vacuum Capacitors are in our Large Parts Inventory. These critical items are kept in stock for all radio frequency equipment made by Nemeth and others. Nemeth offers a basic radio frequency heating course for nominal cost. This course includes theory, operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of dielectric equipment. Most customers prefer on-site training which is specially oriented to their own processes and equipment. Nemeth's on-site customize training must be scheduled with sufficient lead time to prepare equipment specific study and reference materials to meet the students' needs. Standardization training in high frequency heating theory, trouble shooting and maintenance is regularly scheduled at our facility.
