Founded in 1979, NORDFAB Systems, Inc. started as a design, engineering and installation group specializing in wood waste management. Today, the company’s Quick-Fit ducting is the standard for clamp-together ducting in scores of industries. It is sold in every state and nearly every country in North and South America. The company employees almost 100 employees and operates from a 35,000 square-foot facility in Thomasville, North Carolina. In 1998, a small distribution center was opened in Modesto, California and sales offices were opened in Arlington, Texas Springfield, Ohio and Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Due to double-digit growth in each of the last seven years, the company is now constructing a new 38,000 square-foot facility. The new facility will be used solely for Quick-Fit sales and manufacturing. The existing facility will be used for the corporate headquarters, sales and service of VORTEX by Vecoplan Rotary Grinders, and parts storage.
