Oak forest.
We have 80 hectares of land covered with 200 years old first class oak forest for sale. This property is in Montenegro ( ex Yugoslavia) only 2 hours drive from biggest harbor Bar and 45 minutes from airport. Also there is a road for easy transport and available saw mill near by. This is the English oak forest, average tree is 50-60 cm in diametar and over 25 even 30 meters high. Forestry engineer estimated that there is from 25 to 30 m3 of clear wood without waste on 100 squere meters. When you multiply this with 80 hectares and with average price of wood you can make your calculation how much profit you can make. Price for both land and forest is 1.55 millon euros. Considering there is large amount of quality wood we consider our price very acceptable although we are ready to negotiete.
