AUTOMATIC LINE FOR PELLETS MANUFACTURING – OUTDOOR ASSEMBLY.
Technological modular compact line for producing pellet, designed, built and “turn key” delivered by SEBA, consists of a module positioned on horizontally on the outside, on a straight concrete surface. SEBA technological lines are designed to convert into pellet any type of vegetal biomass or any other material, conditioned by proper choice of preparation units of the raw material to be placed on technological flow. Examples of materials that can be used for pellet manufacturing: wood under the form of logs, waste, edges, ends, hubs, stumps, vine ropes, tree branches and twigs, leaves, sawdust from timber manufacturing, chopped wood or from various energy crops as energy willow, miscanthus, sweet sorghum, etc, straw bales from different crops, remains from agricultural crops under the form of stalks, stems, shells of seeds, fruits pits, seeds of various crops, cakes, draff and residues from manufacturing of alcohol, sugar, vegetal oil, juices, etc. The listing of above materials is not limitative, company SEBA can make on order processing units for various materials used to manufacture pellets from all types of waste, including household waste. We recommend consulting of company specialists, for appropriate choice of processing units adequate to the used material for manufacture of pellets. Properly prepared material, introduced in the technological line, automatically go through a well-established route through specific processing units, located in the 5 modules, resulting the finished product, the pellet, ready-packed in plastic bags or in bags “big bag” type.
