Mostly Matoa, Merbau, Nyatoh, Simpur and Pacific species which is very suitable for high quality building components and flooring & decking products. Also for garden and outdoor furniture. The volume standing stock available to supply 15000 m3 monthly Mixed hardwood species at 400 USD/m3 fixed so Total price is 6 Million USD only. For interested buyer, a 2% (120k USD)commitment fee is required to be able to check legality ownership documents and assess the timberland location at Papua.The commitment fee has to be paid by wired transfered to beneficiery Bank Account. Considered buyer is required to pay Down Payment 48% and the remaining 50% has to be paid once the logs ready at barge (log yard)ready for shipping. The timberland area is about 200k Ha for land clearing for plantation estates. Please consider and grab fast as saying goes first come first serve.
